You may be wondering, as you’re searching the web, what is “therapy?” It is my belief that therapy is a process of affirming who we are and who we were created to be.
I do not label behaviors as “crazy,” but seek to understand the purpose those behaviors have served, so that we may work to find better and more effective ways for you to take care of yourself.
In therapy, we will work together to find solutions to your problems. There is no shame in not knowing the answers. We’ll discover them together and you will be given the tools for change. The use of those tools, and change, is always up to you.
Your health and healing are my primary goals of treatment.
Together we will create a safe place for you, and in feeling safe, you will be able to explore and cleanse painful areas of your life.
I am committed to these beliefs when I am working with individuals, couples and/or families.
