My Beliefs About the Therapeutic Process

Each of us comes into the world as a unique creation, worthy of being valued and loved.

Therapy is a process of affirming who we are and who we were created to be.

I do not label behaviors as “crazy.” I seek to understand the purpose that those behaviors have served, so that we may work to find even better ways for you to take care of yourself.

We work together to find solutions to your problems.

Your health and healing is my primary goal of treatment.

I seek to enable you to trust me so that you will feel safe, and in feeling safe, you will be able to explore and cleanse those painful areas of your life.

I am committed to these beliefs when I am working with individuals, couples and/or families.
